Tables and benches: In the beautiful tiered three acre garden surrounding the house and on the terrace there are tables and benches available for your use.
Swimming pool: The stunning circular swimming pool,
10 meters diameter – h 1.30 m, is situated below the house level and is accessible by steps or side path. There are tables and chairs, sunbeds, and parasols. There is also a poolside shower.
External light: Outside the house and the swimming pool area ample lighting is provided.
Parking: On the Property there is a private parking area.
Barbecue: There is a barbecue in the garden and also one on the panoramic terrace.
Internet connection free: Hotspot wireless.
Maps/tourist itineraries/ information: Inside the Country House you will have at your disposal to help you plan your holiday in our area.
Pets: allowed on request.
Walks: There are a multitude of walks with stunning views all around the area.
Payment: By cash or bank transfer. 30% of the total amount to secure booking.
Outdoor Activities
Riding: Horse riding facilities in the area, San Ruffino.
Skiing: Just above Sarnano on Sassotetto there are ski slopes for beginners and the more experienced. These are open in the winter months, 35 km distance.
Walks: Hiking or mountain bike through charming and historical routes.
Sea sports: On the Adriatic coast you can try out various water sports and hire boats, 35 km distance.
Shopping: Our region is a real paradise for shopping, whether it be for groceries or luxury leather goods and clothing. Local shoe shops and factory outlets offer quality items at very low prices: Della Valle, Prada, Cesare Paciotti, Nero Giardini, etc.
Gastronomy: For lovers of fine dining we offer excellent Restaurants and Trattoria’s also regular food festivals where you can try a wide variety of local dishes.
